P R O C E S S
1 C O N S U L T A T I O N
Our initial meet, either in person, over a cup of coffee, or via Zoom meeting, where we get to discuss all your ideas, goals, and project requirements. We use this time to gather as much information as possible, so that we can provide you with a detailed fee proposal that clearly outlines the areas of work, time and cost involved. This is where we want to see all your gathered images, pinterest boards, magazine clippings, sketches, and must haves on your wish list.
2 B R I E F
On the approval of our fee proposal, and the 50% non refundable deposit has been paid, we will further our discussions to identify the brief and overall scope of works for your required service. We will go through examples images that illustrate your aesthetic, and ask questions that really identify your chosen themes and style.
3 C O N C E P T
Once we feel we have grasped your ideas and requirements, we will refine the design and issue the initial concept design. Depending of your requirements we may also offer up to 3 different concept options. This will be presented in the form of a visual presentation of ideas, images, sketches and proposed concepts that we will email to you in PDF format.
4 C O N C E P T R E V I E W
We will meet you once again, either in person, or online to discuss the initial concept presentation and to receive feedback and discuss any queries. We will then look at ways forward and the areas that require development.
*It is really important at this stage that our Clients proofread the design as we are not responsible for errors once the designs have gone to production.
5 D E S I G N D E V E L O P M E N T
During this stage, if required, the design is further developed and any necessary modifications are made, and a revised concept presentation will be emailed in PDF format. Please note: This phase will be dependent on the scope of works and any additional requests which may require a few reiterations to come to a finalised design.
5 D E S I G N A P P R O V A L
A meeting will be organised where you can provide us any feedback. We will advise if there are items that need to be re-sourced, or if any further information is required. The final design will be established, and the approved elements will be signed off by yourself.
5 P R O D U C T I O N
Once the design is approved and signed off on, we will start on production and procurement (if this is part of the scope of works). Please note that all printing costs are not included in our fee and are to be paid separately and directly by the Client. All delivery charges are not included, however we can arrange for a courier service at an additional cost. For all graphic design work exclusive of printing, we will issue the final designs in high resolution PDF format.
