Want some help planning a uniquely tropical and personal event in Fiji?
What makes our event planning services distinctive, is that we have a passion for creating unique moments that highlight
the best of local, tropical, Fiji.
Having spatial design expertise, we also have a careful eye for space planning & custom detailing.
Although we do not provide any set up and co-ordination services on the day of your event, we will get your event planned and organised to the point that you will feel really comfortable that all your chosen vendors and teams will be able to execute your ideas and dreams to your expectations.





S E R V I C E P A C K A G E S
Having seen the need for an all inclusive event planning service in the area, we have created specific event packages to help you, step by step to planning your perfect tropical event.

B A S I C
Whether planning a wedding, family reunion or 21st birthday party, our basic package is designed to keep you on track and help organise all your hard work planning, so that you are able to enjoy your personal event on the day. This package is designed for events with up to 200 guests.
I N C L U S I O N S
•Comprehensive event checklist, up to 12 months prior to the event to ensure all the relevant planning items have been considered.
•Detailed event timeline.
•We will work with and co-ordinate all the vendors you have already contracted for your event and provide them with the detailed event timeline.
•We will organize a google drive document that comprehensively organises all your already planned items into the following categories:
Guest list, quotations, chosen vendors, budget, timeline of events and set up instructions for decor and equipment.
•Design of basic floor plans and equipment layouts. This can then be issued to your vendors for positioning of various decor and set up equipment.
*If required we can also provide detailed floor plans of guest seating assignments.

S T A N D A R D
Our Standard package offers a customised package designed to assist with all your event planning and design needs.
We use your vision and ideas to execute polished and thought out details that really make a statement. This package is designed for events with up to 200 guests.
I N C L U S I O N S
•Comprehensive event checklist, up to 12 months prior to the event to ensure all the relevant planning items have been considered.
•Detailed event timeline.
•We will work with and co-ordinate all the vendors you have already contracted for your event and provide them with the detailed event timeline.
•We will organize a google drive document that comprehensively organises all your already planned items into the following categories:
Guest list, quotations, chosen vendors, running budget, timeline of events and set up instructions for decor and equipment.
•Design of basic floor plans and equipment layouts. This can then be issued to your vendors for positioning of various decor and set up equipment.
•Detailed floor plans of guest seating assignments.
•Styling advice and suggestions for various event details and local vendors.
•Design only of themed event stationary, including: physical save the date cards, physical and digital event invitations, programs, welcome sign, seating chart, menus and thank you cards.

For those of you who really need help orgnaising your tropical dream event. If you just don't have the time, or have too many ideas and just don't know how to tie them all together, our premium package takes the hard work and stress away from you, as we will guide you step by step along the way and design all the finer details for you. This package is designed for events with up to 100 guests.
I N C L U S I O N S
•Comprehensive event checklist, up to 12 months prior to the event to ensure all the relevant planning items have been considered.
•Venue and vendor sourcing, contracts and negotiations, management and coordination.
•Decor and design research.
•Decor design and execution, including: physical save the date cards, physical and digital event invitations, programs, welcome sign, seating chart, menus and thank you cards.
•We will organize a google drive document that comprehensively organises the following:
Guest list, quotations, chosen vendors, running budget, timeline of events and set up instructions for decor and equipment.
•Detailed event timeline.
•RSVP/Invitation management.
•Design of detailed floor plans and equipment layouts including guest seating assignments.
