1 C O N S U L T A T I O N
Our initial meet, over email, in person, over a cup of coffee, or via Zoom meeting. We use this time to gather as much information as possible, so that we can get a likeness to your brief and also provide you with a detailed fee proposal that clearly outlines the areas of work and cost involved.
2 B R I E F
On the approval of our fee proposal, and the 50% non refundable deposit has been paid, we will further our discussions to capture your ideas and the overall scope of works. We will go through examples images, composition layouts and ask questions that will help illustrate the aesthetic you are looking for.
3 C O N C E P T
Once we feel we have grasped your ideas and requirements, we will refine the design and issue a draft conceptual layout which will be generated digitally and emailed to you in PDF format. This is so you can get a feel for the configuration and scale of the components.
4 C O N C E P T R E V I E W
We will discuss the draft concept to receive feedback and go through any queries before design approval.
*It is really important at this stage that our Clients proofread the design as we are not responsible for errors once the designs have gone to production.
5 P R O D U C T I O N
Once the design is approved and signed off on, we will start production. Please note that all framing costs will be additional and dependent on the size of the artwork, and will vary from project to project.
6 D E L I V E R Y
Once we have completed your personal piece of art, we will notify you to either pick up, or we can provide a courier service to your preferred location. Please note all delivery charges are not included in the initial fee proposal, and will be additional.
